Speedy lemon beef skewers

Full ingredients list:
- 600g diced beef
- 1 red onion, halved, cut into thin wedges
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- cooking oil spray
- 1 lemon
- 125g low-fat natural yoghurt, to serve
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 200g bought tabbouleh, to serve
- 4 wholemeal Lebanese bread, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Thread beef, onion and tomatoes onto 8 skewers. Spray with oil and season with black pepper. Heat a barbecue or large chargrill to medium-high. Add skewers and cook, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes or until brown and cooked to your liking.
Step 2 Finely grate rind from lemon and place in a bowl. Juice lemon and add to bowl along with yoghurt and oregano. Stir to combine.
Step 3 Divide tabbouleh between serving plates. Top with skewers. Add a dollop of yoghurt and serve with bread.
