Spinach pasta bake
This is a really easy pasta bake that doesn't require a sauce and cooks itself .
Instructions
I’m enjoying pasta bakes at the moment. They’re a nice change from plain pasta and sauce and are dead easy to do.
Layer pasta in a baking dish. Pour over some tomato pasta sauce, layer spinach leaves and whatever other veges you like and a little mozzarella or other cheese. Repeat, and sprinkle the top with a little parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes or so until the top is browned and bubbly.
There are endless variations on this theme!
