Rainbow-spotted raspberry and coconut drink
This is a great kids' drink. It’s fun to make and great to look at – a must for a birthday or Christmas lunch.
Instructions
Pour some runny honey around the inside of a tall glass, ideally using a squeezy bottle.
'Rim' the glass with a little of the honey, too. Dip the rim of the glass into a saucer of shredded coconut, then sprinkle some hundreds & thousands over the honey on the inside of the glass, turning the glass as you go.
Put some raspberries in the bottom, add a teaspoon of vanilla essence and gently fill the glass with milk.
