Lemonade
A wonderful homemade lemonade that can be made in bulk when lemons are in season and frozen for year round enjoyment.
Instructions
Bring sugar, water and grated lemon rind to the boil. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, citric and tartaric acid, stirring well to dissolve acids.
Cool and strain into clean bottles. Dilute to serve – only a very small amount of the concentrate is needed.
Freezes well.
