Chai magic
This infusion is climbing up the morning drink charts as a tasty alternative to coffee, with a lot less caffeine.
Instructions
Step 1 Warm 300ml trim milk in a pot with 2 teaspoons of the dry mix, 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Do not let it boil.
Step 2 Strain into long glasses and dust with a little ground cinnamon.
Variation
Infuse the milk and the tea the night before and chill in the fridge. In the morning, mix with a 250g pot of plain yoghurt and blend with a banana to make a delicious spiced chai smoothie.
