Blueberry and apple crumble
If you can't get hold of fresh blueberries, frozen ones will work just as well in this recipe.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine the blueberries and apples together in a shallow baking dish. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Give the top a spray of olive oil, and bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is crunchy and browned.
