Plum crumble

Winter's a time when we crave comforting desserts. Here's one that's quick, healthy and comforting.

Instructions

Drain the juice from the can of black doris plums, halve and remove the stones. Lay in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.

Mix the rolled oats, brown sugar, melted lite olive spread and ground almonds together. Place the oat mixture on top of the plums.

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until the topping is browned.
