Breakfast smoothie

When you don’t feel like eating in the morning, or when you’re short on time, try this 'breakfast in a glass'.
Instructions
Whiz all ingredients (you may prefer a little more milk) together in a blender and enjoy.
It’s filling, has a nice sweetness and is really easy to drink.
