Chicken burritos

Everyone will love these! Add chopped herbs, such as parsley or coriander, at the end of cooking to add fresh flavours.

Instructions

Spray a non-stick pan with oil. Brown the chicken in batches, then remove and reserve.

Spray the pan again and add the onion and garlic. Stir in tomato paste and chili beans. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the lite sour cream.

Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Make up the burritos with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced red onion and salsa.
