Beef and vegetable loaf
This is a great way of incorporating veges into a dish. Serve it with mashed potato, a salad and some chutney on the side.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sauté onions gently in olive oil until soft and clear.
In a separate bowl, mix ,other ingredients together. Add cooked onions and mix well to combine.
Pack into a standard-size loaf tin and bake until firm – about 30 minutes.
Variation
This dish is good made with any mince, so choose your favourite and fill your boots!
