Oaty fruit crumble
Add a small handful of sliced nuts or seeds to the crumble topping for extra crunch and texture.
Instructions
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all dry ingredients together and then cut butter in. If you have a food processor, put all ingredients into it and blitz for a few seconds until well combined.
Step 2 Put fruit in the bottom of your dish, cover with crumble mix and pat down gently to make it form a nice crust.
Step 3 Bake for about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with plain low-fat yoghurt.
Variations
Use any fruit you like – especially yummy is rhubarb and peach or apple and raisin.
