Tuna, tomato and chilli pasta
This simple pasta sauce is packed with flavours. Make sure you use really ripe tomatoes, which give out lots of juice.
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain.
Chop the tomatoes into chunks.
Combine all the ingredients in the pasta pot and mix together well. Divide between two bowls and garnish with salt and pepper to taste.

- 185g can tuna in olive oil
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons chilli flakes (or to your taste)
