Tuna melt
A great snack, this tuna melt is a healthier alternative to cheese on toast. The grainier the bread, the tastier it will be.
Instructions
Preheat the grill in your oven to a high heat. Toast the bread in the toaster until just cooked.
Spread the chutney or chilli sauce over the bread, top with the tuna and then the cheese.
Put the melts under the grill until the cheese is bubbly.
Top with spring onions, salt and pepper.
