Tuna dip
This dip is great way to encourage children to eat fish and vegetables, if you serve it with strips of carrot, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Instructions
Drain the tuna.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or processor and blend until smooth.
Taste and add more seasonings to your taste.
Chill before serving with pita crisps or vege crudités.
