Nikki's bean and corn burrito wraps
This is a really tasty lunch that is very quick to whip up; all you need is a microwave.
Instructions
Combine corn kernels, chilli beans and sliced onion – heat in microwave.
Warm tortillas in a microwave.
Assemble lettuce and cheese on the warmed tortillas, top with warmed bean corn mix, fold up the bottom and wrap up to enclose.
