Broad bean, pea and mint dip

Dips are a delicious and easy way to add a healthy bean boost to the week.
Instructions
Boil beans and peas until tender. Drain and run under cold water to preserve the colour.
Remove shells from beans.
Blend all ingredients and season to taste.
