Seared salmon
Spring calls for light, fresh food. Fish fits the bill perfectly.
Instructions
Mix soy sauce and brown sugar together.
Cook fresh salmon or tuna briefly on a hot barbecue or in a hot pan. Add a little of the soy sauce and brown sugar mix in the last minute of cooking.
Serve with steamed basmati rice or new potatoes with mint, and a green salad with a lemony vinaigrette.
