Fresh tuna wrap

If you haven't tried cooking fresh tuna before, you'll be amazed at how easy it is.

Instructions

Heat a heavy-based pan until hot. Spray the tuna fillets with a little oil, then cook them quickly until browned on both sides. This should take no longer than 3 minutes - you want the tuna still pink in the middle.

Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave. Spread the warmed tortillas with hummus, add rocket leaves and sliced tomatoes.

Slice the tuna into thick slices, place on top of the salad in the tortillas.  Fold or roll the tortilla to serve.
