A UK study of over 1600 people found those with the highest urinary concentrations of Bisphenol A (BpA) were more than twice as likely to develop coronary heart disease 10 years later.
BpA is a controversial chemical widely used in food packaging. While more research is needed, non-BpA plastic is available.
