Men – make time for brekkie!

Men who ate two meals per day were 25 per cent more likely to develop type 2 diabetes compared to those who ate three meals a day, a study has found.

The study of almost 30,000 men who were healthy at the start of the study found that in particular, men who skipped breakfast were the ones at higher risk of developing diabetes 16 years later, even after their BMI was taken into account.
