Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. The Promoter is Healthy Life Media Pty Ltd, Level 7, 28 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. [ABN 92 115 016 021].
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia who purchase a subscription to Healthy Food Guide during the promotional period. The promoter’s employees & their immediate families, the Promoter's associated companies and agent are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, participants must subscribe to Australian Healthy Food Guide within the promotional period by phone, fax, mail or online at www.healthyfoodguide.com.au. All new subscribers and renewing subscribers will be automatically entered into the draw and will be eligible to win under the terms and conditions of entry.

Completed entry for Gift subscriptions will be given to the person who paid for the subscription unless otherwise requested in writing by the person paying for the subscription.
5. The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on October 19, 2009 and closes at 6.00pm on December 11, 2009. ('promotion period').
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
7. The Prize Draw will take place at 2pm (AEST) on December 15, 2009 at Level 7/28 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010
All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be entered into the barrel for the Prize Draw.
The first 100 valid entries drawn from the barrel will win a prize compromising:
1 x 1 kilo Christmas pudding, plus delivery, from Pudding Lane valued at $50 each.
8. The prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing within 2 days of the draw, and their name will be published in nationally distributed Healthy Food Guide, February 2010 issue on sale January 18, 2010.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws when required, at the same time and place as the original draw on 17, May, 2009. The winner/s will be notified by mail by phone and published in the August 2010 issue of Healthy Food Guide, on sale 19 July 2010.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or injury sustained during the acceptance, and use of the prize.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter does not accept liability for the prize product warranties. Winners should refer to the company supplying the prizes for the product warranties.
15. In the event that any of the prizes are not available, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to procure the product or prize within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value subject to State Regulation.
16. The winner agrees to the use of their name and any associated images for publicity and promotional purposes and without compensation
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (caused by technical disruption e.g. computer virus, unauthorised intervention, fraud and any other cause which is deemed beyond the control of the Promoter which may affect the integrity and fairness of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
18. Entries are deemed to be received once entered into the Healthy Food Guide subscription database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilized in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
19. The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the promotion and, where appropriate, to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in improving its goods and services and to contact you, including by email in the future with special offers. The Promoter will not share your information with any other Australian Company or organization.
By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
