Smart swaps: Heart healthy

Few things are more important than a healthy heart. These heart-smart swaps can help reduce sodium and saturated fat in your diet.

Instead of Do this for your heart
Pouring regular milk over your morning cereal Switch to Dairy Farmers Heart Active milk or Pura Heart Active, as they contain plant sterols to help lower cholesterol.
Regular table margarine Try Flora Pro-activ Light. It has less than 50% fat and contains 8g plant sterols per 100g to help reduce cholesterol.
