Breakfast is important but...
In a recent survey in the US, 92% of people said breakfast was the most important meal of the day, yet only 46% of them actually said they ate breakfast every day. People cited their ‘barriers’ to eating breakfast every day as “not hungry right after I wake up” (59%) and “not enough time” (54%). We say it’s worth making time!
