1,000,000,000 jars of Vegemite

The one billionth jar of Vegemite has been produced in Australia, 85 years after it was launched.

One billion jars is enough Vegemite to fill the Sydney Opera House 13 times, or fill 250,000 Holden utes. To celebrate the occasion, Kraft will be touring Australia with a commemorative billionth jar made from precious metals including gold and silver.
