Low-fat dairy good for blood pressure

The risk of developing high blood pressure has been found to be lower for women who eat more low-fat dairy products.

Calcium and vitamin D supplements did not have the same beneficial effects, say US researchers. Nearly 29,000 women aged 45 or older were questioned annually for 10 years in this study.
