Love those berries
Adding two daily portions of berries can enhance your health if you’re at risk for heart disease, say Finnish researchers.
Blood pressure and cholesterol levels improved in the middle-aged research participants who followed the diet for eight weeks. A particularly rich source of polyphenols, they contain other healthy substances like vitamin C, folate, potassium and soluble fibre.
