- Eat more dark-green, leafy vegetables. They contain lutein, which is important for optimum eye health.
- Eat two to three servings of oily fish each week.
- Snack on a handful of nuts.
- Limit your fat intake and maintain a healthy weight.
- Get regular exercise. Even walking is good.
- Don’t smoke – ever.
