Business deals can be made or broken based on your biscuit etiquette, according to results from a new study conducted by Holiday Inn.
If you want to impress at your next business meeting or conference, have no more than two biscuits, refrain from dunking them in your tea or coffee, and wait until someone more senior than you has taken a biscuit first.
