Omega-3 good for bones too!

They’re good for the brain, they’re good for the heart, and now researchers in Sweden have found omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA found in oily fish, are good for bone development too.

There is limited research on this topic, however this study does support previous research findings that a higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats may minimise bone loss in older people.
