Raisins fight tooth decay

Those sweet and sticky raisins might not be bad for your teeth at all.

New American research has found raisins contain compounds that may benefit oral health by fighting bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease. The compound blocks bacteria that causes decay from adhering to the teeth.
