Nikki is an experienced editor and journalist with a passion for food, cooking and health. Having started her career in consumer public relations in London, Nikki returned to Sydney to spend two years in advertising before becoming news editor at media and marketing magazine AdNews. She has also worked in the television industry and has contributed to publications ranging from The Age newspaper to OK! magazine.

 

 ZoeZoe Wilson, Dietitian

Zoe is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a love for food.  She has professional experience counseling clients where she translates scientific nutrition advice into practical recommendations. Zoe has also worked as a Dietitian and chef for a catering company and is a fitness enthusiast competing in a number of sporting areas and teaching outdoor fitness classes. She believes that balance is the key to a healthy lifestyle!
